Lexit Group
We partnered with Kai Gunnar, the founder of Lexit, in 2019. The company had been around for over two decades and was the biggest AIDC integrator in Norway. Gunnar was ready to step down as CEO, and we brought in Sjur. Together we doubled down on growing the core business, and strengthened this through several acquisitions and one divestment. After five years the bottom line had grown almost 5x, and the business was the clear Nordic leader, with over NOK 1Bn in sales. In 2024 a German fund took over as Lexit was heading further into Europe. We are proud to follow Lexit’s continued success from the sideline.

DLVRY Group
We started by combining three local foodservice distributors around Oslo. There were lots of synergies - especially in purchasing. The founders, Hans, Terje, Terje and Eivind were keen to join forces and go after opportunities they couldn’t pursue on their own. After a couple of years we were even more confident about the potential. We partnered with Adelis, a Swedish PE-fund, and grew the business 5x through six simultaneous acquisitions. As of 2025 we’ve done 20+ acquisitions, with a combined revenue of more than NOK 3.5Bn.
